the woman behind the work
grounded, mystical, and connected. but don't get it twisted.
first, this
i know the life that looks fine on paper and feels wrong from the inside. the work that drains you. the deep, quiet knowing that you are meant to be somewhere else, doing something else. the body that starts speaking up when you will not listen.
i did not build journey home healing from theory. i built it because i lived every part of it.
where i started
a house with wack AC in the middle of a texas panhandle summer. a job that pulled a little more of the soul out of me every day. a marriage neither of us really wanted to be in. from the outside it looked like a life. from the inside i could barely breathe.
and my body knew before i was ready to. my chronic illness flared worse than it had in years. i had this deep, undeniable knowing that i was living someone else's life, and that mine was somewhere i had not let myself go yet.
what i tried
i applied to hundreds of jobs and did not actually want a single one of them. i changed my diet. i swapped my supplements. i went to yoga three times a week and did my check-ins. i tried to negotiate a new title, a new angle, anything to make the life i had fit the person i was becoming.
none of it worked. because each move was a band-aid, and my whole life was out of alignment. the plan was never the problem.
it was profound, whole-life misalignment. and a body that already knew the way out.
what changed
the first real step was saying what i actually wanted. to my therapist. my then-partner. my friends. once it was out loud, i could not keep pretending my life came anywhere close to what i knew was possible for me.
then i let it all wash over me. the discomfort, the rage, the grief. months of sitting with the knowing that everything falling apart was falling apart on purpose. and when it settled, the wreckage turned into room to rebuild. i came back to what i loved. learning. nature. music. routine. the simple things, repeated until they became a life.
the first real proof
i went into full remission on every marker of my chronic illness. my body found its rhythm again after years of silence. i felt real again, after so long of feeling like i was watching my own life from behind glass. i remember sitting down to work one day and feeling a flow and ease i had not felt in years.
and here is the part that matters for you. the way back was not more discipline or a better plan. it was coming home to my body, and letting it lead. that is the exact work i now do with the people i guide. not my story handed to you, but your own way home, found in your own body.
i prayed for this. i cried for this. i worked hard for this. i give thanks for this.
where i am now
i am in aligned partnership, traveling, building the work i dreamed of for years. because i walked the whole path, i can be a genuinely grounding place for the people i guide. i do not shock or waver easily, because i have seen how every experience can lead you back to your highest self.
i am deeply connected to the body, so i can often sense where you want or need to go, and help you move toward it. science and magic, together. that is the work.
work with mewhy this work is different
a body worker will tend to your body. a strategist will hand you a plan. a spiritual guide will point you inward. i am trained to hold all three at once, because you are not a body, or a plan, or a spirit. you are all of it, at the same time, and lasting change only happens when they move together.
i am a student of mind-body medicine, a passionate integrative life coach, and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. i am also deeply resourced, blending research, lived experience, and intuition to build something that actually fits you. i will meet you where you are, and take you as deep as you are willing to go.

what i believe · what we stand on
the convictions under everything, and what is always true in this space.
so, shall we?
some part of you already knows it is time. the work you are here for is not going to wait forever. let's talk about what it would look like to finally step into it.
